Acceptable Use and Content Policy

Version 2026-07-19

Pending professional review
This document is a working draft prepared by Rafflex and has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor. It states our intended position in plain English and may change following professional review.

This policy governs what may be published on the Rafflex community marketplace and how everyone on it must behave. It applies to assets, reviews, comments, questions, bug reports, profiles, and anything else you put on the platform. It is part of the Terms of Service.

What may be published

The marketplace hosts Games (spin the wheel, scratch cards, instant win mechanics, and similar) and Blocks (page sections such as heroes, countdowns, winner walls, and FAQs) built for the Rafflex platform in HTML, Twig, and AlpineJS.

Prohibited content

Do not publish content that:

  • Infringes anyone's copyright, trade mark, or other rights.
  • Is unlawful, or promotes unlawful activity.
  • Is deceptive, including content that misrepresents what it is or does.
  • Is defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory, or harasses or threatens anyone.
  • Targets, collects, or harvests personal data from anyone who encounters it.

Prohibited behaviour

Do not:

  • Include malware or any malicious code in anything you upload.
  • Attempt to exfiltrate data from the platform or from any site an asset runs on.
  • Make an asset call any external domain. Marketplace assets are first party only: no external scripts, images, fonts, network requests, or any other call off the Rafflex platform. This is enforced technically and it is also a rule you agree to; attempting to defeat the enforcement is itself a breach.
  • Interfere with the platform, other users' accounts, or the review process.
  • Post reviews or comments that are fake, paid for without disclosure, or written to manipulate rankings.

Review is not a warranty

Every published asset passes our review first. Review is a quality and safety gate for the marketplace. It does not make us the author of the content, it is not an endorsement, and it does not move responsibility for the content from its creator to us. Responsibility for content always stays with whoever uploaded it.

Consequences

Depending on severity and history, breaking this policy can lead to: rejection of a submission, removal of published content, suspension of your account, termination of your account, and, where the law requires it, reporting to authorities. We choose the step that fits; we do not have to work through them in order.

Reporting

Report content that breaks this policy using the report action on the content itself, or by email to [email protected]. To report content that infringes your rights, use the Notice and Takedown policy.
