Creator Agreement

This agreement governs uploading, publishing, and selling assets on the Rafflex community marketplace. You must accept it before your first submission, and again whenever it materially changes. It is part of the Terms of Service.

Your warranties

Every time you submit an asset (including each new version), you warrant to us that:

  • You own, or hold all necessary rights and licences to, everything in the submission, including its code, text, images, audio, and any embedded third-party material.
  • The submission does not infringe anyone's copyright, trade mark, or other rights.
  • The submission complies with the Acceptable Use and Content Policy.
  • The submission contains nothing malicious and makes no attempt to move data off the Rafflex platform.

Copyright responsibility rests with you. We do not verify ownership, and our review is not a rights clearance.

Connected apps

You may connect an AI assistant or another app to your account through the marketplace's connection feature. You are responsible for everything a connected app does through that connection, including every product, draft, listing detail, upload, and submission it makes, as if you had done it yourself. The warranties above apply to every submission a connected app makes on your behalf, and the indemnity below covers its actions as it covers yours.

A connected app cannot accept this agreement or any other legal terms for you. You choose which apps to connect and which AI provider receives your content through them, and you can disconnect an app at any time from Connected apps in your account settings. Connecting an app does not change our review: every submission is still reviewed before it goes live.

Your indemnity to us

You will indemnify us, and keep us indemnified, against all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your breach of this agreement, or your breach of the warranties above. If someone claims your content infringes their rights, that dispute is between you and them; our role is limited to what the Notice and Takedown policy describes.

The licence you grant us

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

  • Host, store, and back up your content.
  • Review it, render previews of it, and display it on the marketplace.
  • Market and promote it, on and off the platform.
  • Deliver it to buyers, and sublicense it to them under the Buyer Licence.

This licence survives for copies already delivered to buyers even after you remove an asset or leave the platform: buyers keep what they were granted.

Commission and earnings

Paid sales are split between the platform and you. The default split is 60% to the platform and 40% to you; we may agree a different rate with individual creators, and the rate in force is snapshotted on each sale. Your share is credited to your marketplace wallet when a sale is fulfilled, and stays pending for the 14 day refund window before it confirms. If a sale is refunded, the credit is clawed back, including from your confirmed balance if necessary. Payouts from the wallet are described in your dashboard as they become available.

Moderation

We may reject a submission, request changes, unpublish a published asset, or remove content entirely, at our discretion, including in response to a takedown notice, a safety concern, or a quality judgement. We are not liable to you for any of these decisions, including any loss of sales they cause.

Takedown notices

If we receive a notice that your content infringes someone's rights, we will remove or disable access to it and send you the notice details, as the Notice and Takedown policy describes. We do not adjudicate the dispute. Content is restored only if the claimant withdraws the notice or you resolve the matter in your favour. Repeated valid notices against your account may lead to suspension or termination.

Taxes

You are responsible for any tax due on your earnings from the marketplace. We do not withhold tax for you and we do not provide tax advice.

Termination

You may stop publishing at any time. If this agreement ends (by your choice or by termination under the Terms of Service):

  • Your published assets are unpublished from the marketplace.
  • Delivered copies stay with their buyers under the Buyer Licence.
  • Pending wallet credits still inside the refund window remain subject to clawback until the window closes; what then remains is handled under the Terms of Service.
