This policy explains how refunds work on the Rafflex community marketplace. It is part of the Terms of Service.
You can ask for a refund of a paid asset within 14 days of buying it. Ask by email to [email protected], telling us which purchase and why. Refunds are decided by the platform: we adjudicate the request, and where a refund is fair (for example the asset does not do what its listing describes), we grant it.
When a refund is approved:
After the 14 day window closes, purchases are final, except where the law says otherwise.
Buying an asset grants immediate access to the asset, which you can install on your connected Rafflex site straight away. At checkout you tick a box that does two things: you give express consent to immediate supply of the digital content, and you acknowledge that any statutory right to cancel the purchase ends when supply begins. Your purchase confirmation restates this so you have it in a durable form, and your purchases page shows it.
This waiver concerns the statutory cancellation right for distance purchases. It does not reduce this policy's 14 day refund window, which we offer regardless.
The marketplace is for business users, but if and to the extent you deal as a consumer, your statutory rights for faulty digital content (repair or replacement, and if that fails, price reduction up to the full price) are unaffected by anything in this policy or the checkout waiver. Those rights exist alongside this policy and cannot be excluded.
Free assets have nothing to refund. If a free asset misbehaves, report it on its page so the creator and our review team can act.
