Notice and Takedown

If you believe content on the Rafflex community marketplace infringes your rights, this page tells you how to notify us and what happens next. It is part of the Terms of Service.

Who may notify

A rights holder, or an agent authorised to act for one, may send a notice about content they believe infringes their copyright or other rights.

Where to send a notice

Email [email protected]. This is our dedicated route for infringement notices; notices sent elsewhere may be missed or delayed.

What a valid notice must contain

So that we can act on it, your notice must include:

• Your full name and address, and if you act as an agent, who you act for.
• The location of the content on this platform (the URL of the asset, review, or other content).
• Identification of the work or right you say is infringed.
• Why the content is unlawful (for example, it copies your work and you never licensed it).
• A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the information in the notice is accurate.

A notice missing these elements may be rejected as invalid, and we will tell you what is missing where we can.

What we do with a valid notice

• We review the notice for facial validity. We do not judge the underlying dispute.
• On a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the content expeditiously.
• We inform the creator of the content, passing them the notice details, so they can take it up with you directly.

The dispute is between the claimant and the creator

We host content; we do not arbitrate rights disputes. Once content is removed, the matter sits between the claimant and the creator. We restore content only if the claimant withdraws the notice or the parties resolve the matter in the creator's favour.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that attract repeated valid notices face suspension or termination.

False notices

Sending a notice that materially misrepresents that content is infringing may expose you to legal liability. Do not use this process to target content you simply dislike or compete with.
